I don't think so. The F250 does not, but my F350 does.

The Excursion is based on the SuperDuty platform, which are all leaf sprung solid front (until 2005 - the new ones are coil sprung solid front).

The Expedition is based on the F150 platform, and isn't solid axle.

Jim is right for the previous generation of F250 vs F350 being TTB vs. solid, but the Excursion came after that.
