All Excursions are solid front, right?  I looked at one quickly today
but  didn't look underneath.

Dunno if I've ever been accused of wisdom, but if the F250 is going to
be 
a 4X4, is there any chance of upgrading to a F350 and the solid front 
axle.

My nephew had a F350 powerstroke, 4X4, with single rear wheels.

A driving comparison between a pivot front axle F250 Powerstoke 4X4
(owned 
by my nephew's father) and the solid front axle F350 4X4 powerstoke. . .

Give me the solid front axle every time.
