Hello Sujit,
	Replace the passenger glass if it is that bad, unless someone can justify a
process that will remove the gouge.

Standard fittment to USA Stags was the Laminated windshield standard, and if
they were fitted with the A/C, the Laminated Sundym tinted was an option.
