those fenders have been cut.  and not very well, in my opinion.  but then,
i'm one of those weird folks who thinks any kind of sheet-metal modification
to a B series cab is butchery.  here are some pictures of my two B series
trucks, and Joel F's remaining B184, all with unmodified cab sheetmetal:
