That's a Dana 18 with the Warn O/D.  IIRC there's only one.  75% or 80%
overdrive?  Forget what it is exactly.  A lot of people like it...  the
diesel guys have been toying a long time with the idea of a T-18/T-19 with a
dana 18 with overdrive on it.  That way they can split shifts etc for more
gears.  The output of the t-case is offset, with a stock 100" wb it's not a
problem, but might be with a lift.  Shouldn't be a problem with 118" wb
rigs.
