I might have misremembered the flow chart I saw on where they took the base
oils for the different fuels.

However, after the initial refining process they get diesel, which they
refine to get kerosene which is refined to produce jet fuel.  They may add
various additives at any point and these days they might conduct multiple
refining processes at the same time, thus never getting diesel out before
getting the kerosene etc.

I was thinking that gasoline was lower on the chain than diesel etc.  Closer
to the bottom and the closer to where motor oil is refined some.  LPG comes
out at the top etc...  might have the gasoline and diesel backwards though
(and actually it'd make more sense if I did), don't think I have access to
that chart though, sorry.  Even if it's the other way, it's a lot better
than water in the gas.
