---If you need to get it out, you surely can press it out using a c-clamp, a small socket that fits inside the bore on the backet and a large socket that will accept the OD of the sleeve on the other side. I would use a penetrating oil on it first though. Sure it's been on there for a while. If you have access to a press or bench vice, that would be even better.
