   I'm sure some beat me to this answer, but; here it is anyway.
   That last stud has a sleave the slides over it into an enlarged hole
in the bracket. Once you slide that sleave off the stud you just slide
the stud out of the sot cut in the enlarged hole of the bracket.
   Now your question was how do you get that sleave off? Well, do your
kids read Harry Potter? Perhaps a good spell would work here....
   Actually, after soaking the sleave repeatedly with PB BLaster, take a
long this screw driver blade and slide it between the pump and the
braket/sleave and twist the blade so as to work the sleave out the hole
and down the shaft as soon as you can get a pair of pliers on the sleave
you should be able to pull it out. Make sure you have plenty of
lubricant on that sleav to get it to come off.
