Brian,
What kind of tranny is it? Mine whirrr's while in four low. Then again, when
my yoke nut loosened up, it would really howl when I would let off of the
gas. Sounds like you may already have the answer. Pinyon bearings gunked up
with dirty, "rusty" stuff? Or the axle bearings? hmmm........
