I for one would like to see Ertl do a series of Scouts and Light Line trucks
similar to their American Muscle series.  I think these are 1/25th scale.  I
even put that in their suggestion box at the National Farm Toy Show a couple
of years ago.  A few months ago I wrote them a relatively lengthy note about
it, commenting on how tooling costs would be relatively low because of the
lack of major annual model makeovers.  I tried to send it through the
suggestion link on their Ertl's web site.  It proceeded to delete my message
and tell me it couldn't access the site.  I haven't put any effort into it
since then.  If they have the suggestion utility up and running, maybe we
should start a campaign to get our trucks in die cast.  Ertl makes old
Chevies, old Fords, and new Dodges in this scale.  I'd think the IH trucks
wouldn't be much of a departure from their current lines.  I wouldn't mind
having a 1/25th scale Hot Stuff.
