Chris,
   Actually, I know for a fact that my cats, because of their ocation,
don't operate until around 60 MPH. I don't think they have even passed
the 500 Mile break in period. The way i know this is when I run short
stints at 60+ and stop or slow down I can smell the rotten egg smell of
new cats. Thsi is 3 years later.
