Well I can certainly swear by them.  Bought mine about 2 1/2 years ago.
Have used it on 3 or 4 trail rides (never on my trail rig, a Sammy, two
people cab heave-ho it whereever you want).  With it I have no fear of
breaking the darn thing, unlike those cheaply ones, a couple of which we
have bent .

Also it saved around a dozen peoples butt's on one trailride this past
March.

It's a great product.
