Re: 1977 Tilt Steering Wheel

Thanks to everyone who responded about the lock plate on the tilt steering
wheel.  It's seems that the consensus is that no tilt wheels came from the
factory with a steering wheel locking mechanism.  The parts manual seems to
indicate a kit might have been available for post-production install.
