I wouldn't think the module would be the problem in moist conditions as
much as the distributor cap, coil top, and wires.  My Scout resides in an
unheated barn and when the weather was 40 degrees and 110% humidity, I
just gave up getting it started until things dried out a while and it
would start right off.  Recently I wanted it running on such a day and a
shot of silicone spray inside and outside the distributor cap took care
of it right away.  Perhaps after 20 years, it's time for a new cap.  But
the module itself doesn't handle high voltages and shouldn't be as likely
to short out from condensation.
