I've seen a Terra top used on an SSII, but it required a filler between
the back edge of the door frame and the top.  Remember that the SSII door
panels place the rear edge of the SSII door about 8" ahead of the metal
door opening, so there's a rather large gap between the door frame and
the top to fill even if the angle is about the same.  The one I saw used
plywood for the filler and while it probably worked, it won my nomination
for ugly truck of the week.  You could probably fix it up with fiberglass
or something so it wouldn't look too bad.
