The insurance policies depend primarily on your state's insurance 
comissioners' whim, and less on the insurance company and your deductible. 
In some sates the insurers are forced to write policies with 0 deductible 
on glass claims. In most the glass claim falls under the liability clause 
of your policy. 

If you attend Driving Schools (aka DEs), and are insured by either 
Progressive or USAA, beware. In some states, the above two companies have 
made attempts to deny coverage to track accidents regardless of the 
circumstances.
If you live in MA, you are entirely SOL.
