E30 M3 maintenance Q's

It's time for me to do some maintenance on my (still new to me)
E30 M3, specifically replacing the O2 sensor, and the coolant
hoses.

Do I need any special tools to remove the O2 sensor? what's the
procedure like?  Is it as simple as replacing one on a toyota?

For the coolant hoses, where can I get a full set for less than
what the dealership wants?
