Engine warm up

Someone told me that some of the excessively rich and unburnt fuel  
during initial prolonged engine warm-up ( in sub-zero temperature ) will 
leak down to the oil pan, thus diluting the oil ! I thought this doesn't 
happen with EFI engines. Am I correct ?
