Yep, there's an easy way to do the O2 sensor. Go to your local auto parts
shop that sells lots of tools (you're only gonna use this one once or
twice, so don't waste lots of $$ on a Snap-On or similar product) and pick
up an Oxygen sensor socket. There's only one size (like an inch or so) and
it'll have a nice slot up one side of the thing. Attach it to your 3/8"
drive ratchet or breaker bar (that should come from Snap-On or Facom or
Mac, etc...), place over the O2 sensor and twist away. It'll take a good
shove/whack to break the thing loose, but it'll come.
Installation is just the reverse. Just make sure you don't get ANY of the
anti-seize lube that comes on the threads down on the sensor part. You'll
be out another $80 for a new O2 sensor.
Piece 'o' cake...maybe 1 beer job...<burrrp>
