I thought that my offer might light a few fires! I checked my mail around
11:30 this morning and found 3 e-mail responses, and haven't checked digests
yet to see if there are others.
I will send it to fellow digester K.C. Boyce who not only responded first
(time wise) but also offered to scan it into his web site and provided a
mailing address. I'll try to get it out to him this weekend.
