Dean, horses for courses, or in this case horsepower.  Sure the bigger
engine will be able to produce more power but you tend to move into the
larger capacity classes.  I don't know what type of competition you intend
entering but a hot 2L with 200HP may have a better chance in it's class than
a 400HP 3L.
