Subject: [alfa] Grinding valve shims vs valves

I dropped a valve on a 2600 motor because the PO had ground the valve
stems instead of going to the trouble of locating shims. The keepers
came undone and released the valve which took a nice scallop out of the
piston dome. Do not grind the stems !!!
