Unfortunately, the tires you listed are the only ones currently available for the 400mm wheels on the 102/106 series cars AFAIK.  Even at that, the production of the 165 x 400 Michelin X is limited and spotty, and the Pirelli is an even more limited production tire with a price to match.  The 165 x 400 is shared with some Citroens and other cars, FYI.  I believe Coker has exclusive rights to the Michelin X in the US.

Whatever you do, DO NOT be tempted to fit a 16-inch tire to the metric rims.  The 16-inch tire has a larger diameter and may not stay on.  I know some people have done it, but the consensus in the 102/106 group is that it is a bad idea.
