[alfa] 164LS Light Show

We have weird things happening on our 1994 164 LS (Automatic version).

Occasionally when you open a front door, headlights and turn indicators
blink about 10 times then stop.

This may happen when you close the trunk too.

Once in a while, the driver side headlight goes dim, then back on full. 

Connectors at headlights and taillights are clean, dry and tight (but not
checked every one of them).

Alarm red light in center of dash cluster (in front of driver) was blinking
for a year or two since alarm went weird. After that we turned alarm off,.
But light keeps blinking until, guess when it quit blinking? Since the other
weird light show, it's off (at least one improvement).
