[alfa] RE: mechanical tensioners

I'm not familiar with a production change on the mechanical 12V tensioner.
They've always has the FLI crest cast in the body of the tensioner and we
all have not seen any visual or operational change. Normally when there is a
change or an optional supplier, there will be a "dash" suffix, i.e.
605xxxx-1
