re: V6 ticking

Shure enough, the ticking noise that I heard from the left head in my 
GTV-6 was from loose fasteners at the connection between the #6 
exhaust port and the manifold, as some of you suggested.  I'm afraid 
I drove it like this for over 400 miles, although it only made the 
noise when it was cold, so I'm guessing that thermal expansion sealed 
the leak.  Now I'm wondering if this is the sort of thing that leads 
to burnt valves.
