block studs and filler boots, again



Gentle Alfisti,
Steve's tales of woe about the parted block stud begs the question: Why 
didn't Alfa just make the head studs and main bearing bolts continuous? They seem 
to line-up pretty well; it seems it might have been a good solution...probably 
a manufacturing issue.
Secondly...please...will some generous Alfisti please look at the filler boot 
on their late Bertone GTV and tell me how to run the spill chase? The way it 
looks now, the runoff gas will deposit in my trunk. Thanks.
