spica engine spitting back through intake

Hey gang,

I seem to be closer to getting my project Alfetta
running.  She'll start pretty easily now, but while
warming up spits back through the intakes a bit.  Any
ideas?  Cam timing is right, ignition is close, Spica
is timed correctly (I think).  I'm still working on
tuning the Spica, which is this weekends project.

Valves sticking slightly open?

Spica timed 360 degrees out?

Any suggestions appreciated.
