competition tires: Kumho vs Yoko
The Yoko 032R has been know to chunk up if you don't have the pressures
correct and will stick less then the Kumhos The biggest benefit with
the Yoks are the wet weather performance. I have used the Kumhos on my
'79 Alfetta GTV and they provide great stick (second only to the
Hoosiers-$$$) and good wear. I have three events on my current set (one
Alfa national convention and Roebling Road twice) and with good rotation
I will probably get two more event out of them. What ever you get make
sure you have Tire Rack heat cycle them-MORE LIFE. Dollar for dollar
the heat cycled Kumho is the way to go in my semi-professional opinion
=-)

P.S. The MAARC event at Roebling Road (March 1&2) was a LOT of fun. If
you missed it your next event to make it to is VIR in May!
