Zamani loves his Autronic from http://www.beninca.com.au/ It is a full programmable FI system. Bennica sells a complete kit with professionally terminated harness. It's as close to plug-n-play as you are going to get. Price is somewhere between $1100-$1700. It's great because it eliminates the AFM too. It uses a much less restrictive hot-wire MAF sensor.

I'm probably going to spring for one this summer. I already have CSC headers in my Verde, which were a big improvement, but I doubt I'll be able to get much more power without doing something with the FI. Then I'll add some custom made cams, if the ones I'm getting made for my 164S work out like I hope.

If you are replacing valve guides and such, you should at least clean up the intake/exhaust tracks a bit. They are surprisingly roughly cast.
