It's called Alcohol but marketed under many names.  Many an older mechanic
has used a few ounces of spirit to flush the water from standing fuel.

Handy for diesels but probably less important in petroleum powered vehicles.
 Most injector/fuel systerm cleaners do the same, just use them right before
an oil change as they can reduce lubricity and foul the oil.
