take the bar out. drill a hole thru reduced ends of bar use a thin steel
washer and a cotter pin to keep links on bar. thats how I fix it.

Alan - 

About 2 years ago, I put in your street springs and your  stiffer rear
sway bar in my '83 Alfa Spider -- it already had W&D street front
springs when I bought it.  On your advice I replaced the bushings in the
sway bar end links with OEM Alfa rubber ones since you had indicated
that the aftermarket ones were very slightly larger in diameter and
would slip off.  Since then I've had the devil's own time keeping the
end links attached to the sway bar -- they keep sliding off (or nearly
off).  DO you have a part number for the OEM Alfa bushings you recommend
(I got mine from Paul Spruell) and I'm wondering if Alfa changed
something or consolidated parts numbers.
