164S for sale

Located in Redmond, Washington, 15min east of Seattle.



1991 164S, black/tan, 130k miles, 16x7.5 Stilautos w/ new Yokohama AVSi,
new rotors / pads / rubber lines, recent clutch / flywheel / belts /
water pump / plug wires / rear main seal / upper engine mount /
transmission seal / SuperPro a-arm bushings.  I would rate the interior
as very good.  The rear seats are perfect.  Driver's seat shows some
wear obviously.  Car has not been driven more than around the block a
few times in the last 14 months.  It is in a dry shop under a cover.
There are a few things that need to be addressed:  The windshield is
cracked & needs to be replaced, the front bumper got pushed in about 1"
when I rear ended someone a few years ago.  An excellent local body shop
quoted $250-$300 to fix it.  Also, one of the rear calipers is dragging
& the parking brake cables need to be replaced as the covering is worn
off in places & has rusted them out.  The front end has a fair amount of
rock chips & there are a few door dings.  The rear muffler should be
replaced soon as well.  I took it out about a month ago, put some fresh
gas in it & ran it up & down the highway.  She effortlessly hits the ton
& drives quite nice.  A/C worked good the entire time as well.  Oh,
there is a 12 disc cd-changer mounted in the trunk as well, great for
road trips.



Why am I selling it?  I'd like to buy a BMW R1100GS motorcycle.  The
900SS needs a companion ;-)

buyers would consider the car in its current state or would rather pay
