It might not have been the most professional response, but what the hell -- if
the guy is really keeping all the plates spinning by himself, the occasional
moment of frustration is understandable.  I've had some pretty
non-professional experiences with even the "big" suppliers, I just let it pass
unless it's going to cost me money.
