Alfa 75/Milano front coilovers

Having installed a 75 coilover conversion kit on a Milano, it is not a true
bolt in. This kit uses 2' springs with double adjustable shocks. The kit
also comes with new upper arms because the spring/shock combo will not fit
inside the upper arms. There is also mounting brackets that bolt the
coilover unit into the location of the stock shock. The shocks had to be
custom valved to match the expected spring rate range and then the shocks
had to be adjusted until the setup was right. The coilover is a easier to
setup, especially since there are not any torsion bars available for a GTV6
or Milano. I would expect the AVO suspension will cost much more than you
expect. Now to install the coilovers and keep the torsion bars will require
a lot of calculations and/or trial and error to get the helper spring rate
to the ideal rate to get your desired result. For a street setup why not
find of set of 27 mm bars if and when they become available. Good Luck.
