Milt,

I changed out the studs on my 71 Spider a few years ago, to allow later
alloy wheels.  The fronts press into the rotors, and are easy to pound out.
The rears are more difficult, but also press in.  I obtained the longer RHD
studs when I updated the whole rear axle.
