NEEDED Left-Hand Lug Nuts for Alloy Wheels

Subject: NEEDED Left-Hand Lug Nuts for Alloy Wheels

Can anyone help?  I cannot find 12mm x 1.50 mag-type lug nuts, the chrome 
acorn-type that go about 3/4" into the wheel.  The standard ones for the 
later Spiders are EASY, but the left-hand style are impossible. Any advice?  
To change the studs wont help because i believe they screw in. thanks Milt
