Euro Milano/75 headlights and bumpers

Does anyone have experience with fitting Euro headlights to an American 
Milano? Do they simply bolt on or do you have to make modifications to the 
bumper?

On a separate issue, has anyone fitted Euro bumpers without the accordions 
to an America Milano?
