Headlight Condensation

   My understanding of the headlight condensation problem is that it's a byproduct of US regulations requiring those godawful headlamp bulbs instead of decent bulbs like everyone else in the world uses.

   The REAL cure would be to find a set of Euro spec Milano headlight assemblies.  Or, add some sort of vent to the US spec assemblies so the heat of the headlamp bulbs can "boil off" the water vapor...
