Actually, I don't think this is true anymore for all manufacturers.  I
believe that Jeep now sells factory RHD models in the UK.  The UK versions
of some shared platforms (Contour, etc. I can't remember what they call it
over there.  Actually it was there before it came here.) also obviously have
factory RHD.
