Yes, except the Japanese insult the LHD markets by installing the indicat=

switches on the right of the steering column. Coincidently, contrary to a=

international standard I think.

So much for German engineering, but VW have only recently started to
bother switching the windscreen wipers over for RHD.

The orginal idea was to ride a horse on the left of the road so you sword=

arm was on the side on which you were likely to be attacked.
