please keep in mind the following facts:

1) according to the CDA (not all of which was struck down by the supreme
court), i am immunized as krusty/digest.net serves as an ISP

2) this does not relieve me from having to defend myself in court should
the party who is "exposed" decide to list me in a civil action.

please use a certain amount of common sense and discretion here folks; the
last threatened lawsuit over something like this wasn't all that long ago.
