I've found that putting the box end of an open end wrench, one that fits
pretty close, over what ever piece of the allen wrench you can find to use as
a lever extender will either 1, break the bolt, which I've never had happen
with an allen head screw or... 2, bust it loose.  Great thing about allen head
bolts you won't round 'em off.  Penetrating oil is definitley a good idea (I'm
partial to PB Blaster) along with heat if you can do it with out burning up
the car.  You MUST have the correct size allen wrench properly seated for this
to work.  Dig out any crud that might be filling the allen screw hole.
