The CRH book, which will be inevitably known as the "Don-Black Book," was
sold out in only 2 days. Reports received thus far indicate that it is a
must-have addition to the Alfa library. A 3rd edition seems unlikely due to
the large amount of handwork involved. There may be a slight chance of doing
something in the spring if you stimulate Don into producing another volume
by sending e-mail with the keywords "3rd edition" in the subject. Please
address requests to me at pbraden@domain.elided and I will forward them to Don.
