Are the lights actually blinking, or is the flasher just clicking? if it is
the later I have had a problem on occasion of the flasher getting water on it
after it has rained or even if I have washed the car. The water use to leak in
from the fresh air hoses when they were cracked, or if there were leaves in
the cowl blocking the drain hole.
In any case after the unit dried out it would quit clicking and start workin
fine.
