	On Motor Week (PBS Station) Pat Goss the mechanic wizard announced that some
manufacturors are now "mandating" that rotors be ground "on the car", just
like the on vehicle tire balancing.  Apparently the old lathe method of
turning a rotor is no longer accurate enough.  He showed a machine that is
designed just for this purpose.  Don't know if this is a solution for the 164
vibration problems, but it is another place to look.
