I'll try to shed some light in the Duetto discussion based on the Maurizio
Tabucchi book:

According to this book:
1966 - 1600 spider (Duetto) official name: 1600 Spider, inofficial name
after a competition organizeb by Alfa: Duetto. Chassisnr. From AR*660008 and
AR*663298, type 105.03, enginetype AR00536 (page 89)

1967 - 1600 spider (Duetto) Chassisnr. From AR*663299 and AR*663961, type
105.03, enginetype AR00536. Main change was introduction of brake servo.
Production stopped during 1967 for readiness of the new 1750 Spider Veloce.
(page 92)

1967 - 1750 spider veloce Chassisnr. From AR*1410002 and AR*1410442, type
105.57, enginetype AR00548. No other major changes. Number produced includes
1968 cars. (page 94)

1969 - 1750 spider veloce Chassisnr. From AR*1411866 and AR*1412788, type
105.57, enginetype AR00548. According to the photograph, this is the first
type with the "coda tronca". At this point the 1300cc engine is introduced.
