Hi 
I had the bumper off my car. I didn't have any captive nuts. Just holes in 
the bumper and the front wing.
Is my bumper 
a)Very early
b) One that lost its captive nuts.

If yours is so obviously bent then 
a) Its not your bumper
b) They bent it

Either way you have to discuss it with them. Probably regrettably you have 
paid by now.

By the way "Fender" is American parlance for wing. Bumper is bumper.
