I think you need a 154029. Abutment
In Rimmer Price list  GBP0.38.
The out cable sheathing cannot pass through it but the inner cable can.
The inner cable comes bare, with soldered nipple at the pedal end. The other 
end is a screw nipple, after you threaded the cable through the 
pedal
