Hey Gang,

Mark was asking about a targa conversion for the Stag.

I have acomplished one such conversion.  I see it as a Surry top.  I
expect to have Jpegs in the near future.

I cut my hard top at just the leading edge of the roll bar.  I attached
it to the tonuea cover, and added a gass lift.  The rear section is only
really located by the factory latches just aft of the b-post.  When I
release these, I can swing the top up and back, thus revealing the well
behind the seat.

It is here that I will be storing the canvas targa, which I have not yet
finished.  The metal targa is too large to carry anywhere on the car,
except in its original position.

I post a note when the Jpegs are avaliable.  If you want to drop a short
note, I'll create a file of people who would like to see them.
